As both an accomplished Generational Connector Speaker and a Culture Disruptor with 25 years combined experience in Government, Information Technology, Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing and the Education sector.
Tonia brings innovative and practical solutions to clients looking to improve profitability, build a strong organizational culture and a Generational Inclusive workplace. Tonia has served as HR advisor on several mergers and acquisition for fortune 100 companies. She is known for turning Chaos into Structure.
