Dr. Feliciano is an accomplished education and behavioral consultant with extensive expertise in program
management, applied behavior analysis, and special education. She isthe founder of Delta Knowledge
LLC, an educational and behavioral consulting business dedicated to fostering effective system change
and compassionate behavior support.
Leadership roles include Senior Director of Education, Director of Preschool, and Chief Program Officer at
Anderson Center for Autism, where Dr. Feliciano oversaw program development and implementation
across the lifespan.
With a PhD in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from Teachers College, Columbia
University, Dr. Feliciano has published peer-reviewed research and is highly skilled in staff development,
system change, and leadership training.
Specializations include autism spectrum disorders, verbal behavior, behavior skills training, classroom
and behavior management, and family support. A New York State-licensed behavior analyst with
decades of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, Dr. Feliciano is a regular
presenter at conferences and symposiums.
