Dianne Pledgie, an attorney and former compliance officer, advises non-profit health care organizations on developing and implementing their compliance programs and responding to top compliance risk areas. She regularly advises clients on compliance with the HIPAA Rules, 42 CFR Part 2, and the Information Blocking Rule. She has helped clients respond to privacy and security breaches, notify patients and the government, and respond to investigations by federal and state enforcement agencies.
