About me
Anya K. Silver has been working in the field of autism and applied behavior analysis for over 25 years. Anya received her Bachelors Degree in 1995 in Psychology from Queens College. She completed her Masters Degree in 1996 in Child Development at Tufts University. Anya worked in the field of Early Intervention and Autism for over 10 years supervising ABA programs across NYC and Long Island. Currently, Anya works with the adult autism community. She is the Senior Clinical Director of Day Habilitation programs for Quality Services for the Autism Community (QSAC) overseeing 13 Day Habilitation programs for individuals with ASD. Anya is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst and an active member of the autism community. She presents at local and national conferences on topics related to autism intervention and staff training. She has presented research on staff training and published articles on humanistic and behavioral perspectives. Anya is an Associate Professor at Hofstra University and she continues to collaborate on research presented at local and national conferences and committees.
