Ms. Segal has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources & Finance, with specialties in employee benefits, compliance, operations, compensation, and organizational management. She has worked in a variety of industries including insurance, fashion jewelry, and education. The work at CARES is close to her heart as one of her adult children has special needs. She volunteers on a regular basis in the community. Since 2007, she has run an organization giving school uniforms to children in need in her community
